HYDRAULIC PRODUCTS

The Seals are critical items in the performance of cylinders. These are imported from world renowned sources or they are made from Materials according to design specifications conforming to international Standards.

Piston rods are made of medium carbon steel. The material is checked for absence of cracks and other defects. A check is also made of the chemical composition and mechanical properties. Piston Rods are HARD-CHROME PLATED and ground to guarantee controlled ovality, concentricity surface finish.

HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY :

Welded joints, which are highly stressed, are made by using the MIG Welding Process.
